They are based on the healing qualities of the gemstones, numerology and incorporating aromatherapy to increase the benefits for you. This particular bracelet is designed to bring feelings of peace, calm, contentment, and tranquillity to the wearer. It is hoped that the energy in this bracelet helps you to feel more in the moment and less scattered and stressful. It should aid clear thinking, increase feelings of love while also being quite protective particularly on the heart and mind.

The bracelets are made from genuine gemstones, threaded onto durable elastic and incorporating stainless steel charms and fittings (please note that the charm and gemstones may vary depending on availability).

• Rose Quarts is the ‘Stone of Love’. Bringing calmness & clarity to the emotions & restoring the mind to harmony after chaotic or crisis situations. It promotes receptivity to the beauty of art, music & the written word, enlivening imagination, balances yin-yang energy & healing emotional wounds.
• Amethyst is for spirituality, contentment, peace and protection. Balances and soothes an over-active mind. Great for meditation, relieving grief, stress, anxiety, depression and self-harm. Amethyst bestows stability, strength, invigoration and inner peace.
• Lepidolite is an excellent stone to alleviate stress, anger and internalised self-dislike. Known as the ‘Stone of Transition’ it is essential when you need to make changes in your life.
